Production & Shipment info

Production Scooter's

 

After fullfiling order production begins and can last from 2 to 6 buisness days. 

Typical scenerio is : 

Order 1 day 

Production 2 - 5 buisness days

Shipping 2 - 8 days 

 

In most cases scooter will be shipped in the same week when order.

In every two days You will be informed whats goin on with your order by email.

In case of a large number of orders we reserve the right to extend the production period
You will be informed on a regular basis

 

 

Shipping Scooter's 

to Germany Standard (2-4 days) 39,90 EUR

to Europe Standard (2-8 days) 79,90 EUR

to rest of world Standard 149,90 EUR

 

 

Import Taxes and Fees

Import taxes, customs duty and fees have to be fully payed by the consignee of the order. Please inform yourself when you are unsure if you need to pay something or not. All goods are german origin.

 

Notification on shipment release

As soon as your order leaves our shipping department, you'll get an automated notification email with the tracking id.

The standard shipment within Germany takes usually 2-3 working days. International shipment times can vary depending on the service and country. Usually it's between 3 and 7 days. With the tracking ID from the notification email you can easily follow your shipment.
